The Paintball Barn is seeking high energy, outgoing, friendly & motivated Sales Representatives to generate and facilitate new business in the form of group reservations.

Outside Sales Representatives will pursue new business opportunities and sales leads via marketing events, networking, and cold-calling.  He or she will present a professional image of the company at various events, follow up with prospects, as well as facilitate customers the day of their reservations.

Pay will be commission-based, but hourly opportunities will be available.  Commission ranges from 8-12% with monthly bonuses available.

Chad’s Friend

Job Duties:
-Generate and develop new customer leads and revenue streams, by cold-calling if necessary

-Attend various marketing events to network with potential customers

-Provide excellent customer service & create long-term relationships with new customers

-Use marketing data and CRM tools to maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness

-Maintain accurate sales records and keep leads organized and well documented

Requirements:

-At least 1 year Sales Experience, bachelor degree in Marketing & Sales preferred

-Excellent written & verbal communication skills

-Enthusiastic, outgoing, extroverted personality

-Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals

-Reliable car or mode of transportation required

-Personal computer

-Large personal network & military connections a plus

Working Conditions:

-Time will be split between acquiring new leads, following up on and closing current leads, and facilitating clients on-site the day of their reservations

-Will be working from the Paintball Barn as well as remote at miscellaneous marketing events.
